Hello list -

I'm still on digest, recovering slowly -but steadily - from my back surgery
in the fall - so I'm limited in the amount of time I spend at the computer
- but I do read all the posts.

I love Dr. D's mottos - and would like to add one of my mother's, that I
still try to live by, even though she is gone. When we talked about her
battle with LMS (which she fought for nearly 9 years), I asked her how she
kept being so positive (it was often very hard for me), and she said:

"a bad day is a wasted day".

That really stuck with me, and it has helped me get through almost 8 months
of pain and disability as a result of the auto accident I was in and my
subsequent surgery and recovery.

Be well and find a motto that works for you.
